Trish Casillo joined her husband Pat as a member of OLP parish in 1991. They have 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren. Trish has spent 28 years in sales and sales management in the pharmaceutical
industry and currently is an Oncology Clinical Sales Rep specializing in Women’s Cancer. She holds a
MA in Organizational Leadership will be a great advantage in her role as facilitator of the PAB. Trish
has been very active in OLP in ministry to the sick, lector, parish council and children’s liturgy. OLP has
been her second family and an integral part of her faith formation and has enabled her to live her
faith through ministry to others.
Joe Aquino and his wife Donna of 42 years, have been members of OLP since 1987.
Their son attended and graduated from OLP in 2000.Joe was the Home School Association president and Vice President and currently serves as an usher at 4:30 mass, is a bingo worker, works the spaghetti dinner, St. Joseph table and in the past worked Monte Carlo night and music concerts.
Joe is a physical therapist/athletic trainer, who attended St. James elementary school (presently Blessed Mother Teresa), St. Mary’s High School. He has a B.S in athletic training from Brockport St. University, an M.S. in athletic training/PE from Indiana St. University and his Physical therapy degree from SUNY Buffalo. He looks forward to being a member of the Pastoral advisory board because he
as always found OLP to be a very inviting parish with active and dynamic members.
Hettie (Jadwiga) Domino and her husband joined OLP parish in 2008 when SS. Peter & Paul and OLP parishes merged. She had been a member of SS. Peter & Paul Parish since 1984 when she and Daniel got married. Her two daughters attended SS. Peter & Paul School, Villa Maria Academy, Canisius College, and Medaille College. Hettie has a B.A. from Canisius College and a Masters in Education and a Ph.D. degree in Mathematics Education from SUNY at Buffalo. Hettie was an associate math professor at Medaille College. She also taught at SUNY at Buffalo, State University College at Buffalo, and Villa Maria College. At OLP Hettie is a minister of holy communion, lector, altar server, member of the Church Decorating Committee, Rosary Society, Bible Study, and Women’s Book Club. She also was a catechist at SS. Peter & Paul and OLP parishes teaching religion to 2nd graders and middle school and high school students. Hettie is excited and honored to serve her parish and pastor as a member of PAB.
Darryl Horn has been married to Gloria for 51 years. They were married at Our Lady of Pompeii in 1970 when he joined the parish. He has a Master’s Degree in education and was a teacher for 35 years retiring from the Alden Central School District in 2003. Darryl has served the parish, and diocese, in varying roles for decades. Most recently, he is a member of the parish’s RCIA, Marriage Preparation and collection counting teams. Darryl is a strong believer that God has a stake in marriages, families and communities. He has two children and two grandchildren.
Annette Wargo is married to Lew, who plays guitar in the choir at the 10 a.m. Mass on Sundays. They
have nine nieces and nephews and they are Godparents to three of them. She graduated from SUNY
at Buffalo with a B.S. degree in Accounting and an M.B.A. in Business Management. Annette works at
Forest Lawn Cemetery as Controller/Treasurer. Since joining the parish in 2004, Annette has served
on various parish ministries, including Stewardship, Welcome/Open Arms and church decorating.
She is a member of the parish’s Finance Council and also serves as the parish’s co-representative on
the Eastern Erie Lay Vicariate Council.
Christine Wittmeyer and her parents joined Our Lady of Pompeii in 2018 after relocating to Lancaster. She has one older brother who lives in Dallas, TX. Christine grew up in Allegany, NY and has lived in the Buffalo area for the past 10 years. She graduated from Canisius College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and St. Bonaventure University with a Masters of Business Administration. Christine is a Customer Service Manager at TurboPro Inc., located in Alden, NY.
She is a Eucharistic Minister and is excited to become more involved at OLP.
